Cats I Have Slept With

I am in the Midwest, enjoying the taste of winter (highs in the 20°s F, -2°s C), the crunchy snow, the squinting-bright light, hued gray from the skies and white from the decorated trees and houses, and of course the warmth and vibrance of family. And my old friends, the cats, Hobbes (left) and Percy (below). I have yet to get a photo of Gandalf.

Hobbes curled up like that when I slept there, too. I love the look of a cat curled up in a circle, completely asleep.

To a certain extent, with the right cat under the right circumstances, a sleeping cat curled up in a circle is to me an indication of paradise or at the very least, peace.
