It's been cold, the past several days -- a little below freezing, not cold by Midwest or Eastern standards. The cats, willing to stay out only for a few hours a day, are bored.
The oil-filled electric radiator is the popular hang-out in the basement however.

That is a good picture of a very bored Harry. At least he has cat company to be around. But imagine poor Percy, stuck here in the midwest, where the temperatures have been hovering around Zero, and sharing the house with only two humans, and no cats.
