Update on the House Sale

Within an hour of the house going on sale, someone called the realtor and asked for a walk-through (which happened within another hour).  In the first 24 hours, the house has been seen by 10 people, and they received a cash offer tonight.  They are going to wait until after Saturday (the big house-market day) to make any decisions.
